1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday) after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Custom-made or special-order products may take additional processing time. In such cases, we will inform you of the estimated dispatch date via email or phone.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We partner with trusted logistics providers to ensure your order reaches you securely and on time. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping option chosen at checkout.

📦 Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch
  • Express Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days after dispatch

✈️ International Shipping

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–15 business days after dispatch
  • Express International Shipping: 4–7 business days after dispatch

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and shipping method.
  • Free shipping may be offered on specific orders, promotional campaigns, or minimum order values (if applicable).

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a tracking link.
  • You can track the status of your order at any time using this link.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (For International Orders)

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import charges as per your country’s regulations.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery.
  • Oriental Hairs is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by customs procedures.

6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate before completing the order.
  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you for the correct details. Reshipping charges will apply.
  • If the courier is unable to deliver the package after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us. Additional shipping fees will apply to resend the order.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • We take utmost care to pack your products securely. However, in the rare event your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery notification.
  • Provide your order number, photos (if applicable), and details of the issue to info@orientalhairs.com. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

8. Delays Beyond Our Control

  • While we strive to meet our delivery timelines, certain circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, public holidays, or customs delays may cause unavoidable delays.
  • Oriental Hairs is not liable for delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances, but we will do our best to keep you informed.
